As a technical analyst, I was responsible for facilitating the software development processes at CPPIB. Beyond providing day-to-day support for issues as they arose, I supported the company’s efforts to centralize how internal projects were tracked and how knowledge was managed and stored by migrating the various systems and processes to central servers running JIRA and Confluence.
